Food
Q: How much spending money should a camper bring?
A: The campers are responsible for the money they bring.
Vending machines and pizza at night. No more than $30.00
Q: What kind of food is served?
A: The campers have access to buffet style balanced meals 3 times per day with various dietary options.
Q: Snacks during the day?
A: Vending machines on each floor, Concession stand at Meadows during evening games, After games, Staff takes pizza orders and money.
Q: Can campers have food in their room?
A: Yes, non perishable goods (no refrigeration). Do have access to ice in the evenings for coolers in their room.
Dorms
Q: Can I request a roommate?
A: Yes, however, with a team the coach/manager usually provides a rooming list. If you are with a small group or with friends then you can request up to three roommates. Usually 4 participants to a room.
Q: Is there security at the dorms?
A: Yes, there is a security guard that watches the main door. One way in to dorm facility. Coaches and counselors are positioned strategically around campers on each floor.
Q: How many campers to a room?
A: Between 2 and 4, each room has 2 sets of bunkbeds?
Q: Do I need bed linens?
A: Yes, you will need sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and toiletries.
Q: Do the rooms have microwaves or refrigerators?
A: No, however, the campers have ice available to them each night for their personal coolers.
Q: Are there Laundry facilities on site?
A: Yes, each floor has coin washers and dryers. Please bring detergent if you plan on doing some washing.
Q: Can Campers bring their cell phones?
A: Yes, but may only use for emergencies or contacting parents upon check out.
Camp
Q: Will I receive a confirmation?
A: Yes, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Q: Do I need to Medical/waiver form and what to bring list?
A: Yes, you can obtain the form from our website or request them to be sent or faxed. Print and have notarized then send it along with all pertaining information. Must have medical insurance to participate in camp.

Q: When does the balance need to be paid?
A: The balance is due July 1st. Can be paid by check and sent in mail to be received on or before July 1st or Credit Card over the phone. An additional $25.00 fee is automatically assessed to all balances after July 1st. An additional $35.00 is charged for returned checks.
